It sounds so daunting, doesn’t it? THE FIRM! One can imagine an army of secretaries, paralegals, and lawyers running around, helter-skelter, in a lavish, high-rise office where you practically have to take a number to be seen by the attorney assigned to your case who often can’t remember your name or your face. Of course this is an exaggeration. Not all of this happens all of the time in any law firm. But the one thing you can be certain of…at The Gielarowski Law Firm – it doesn’t happen at all.

We are small by design. Why? Because when you’ve been injured in an accident or on the job or if you’ve been fighting a losing battle with the Social Security Administration for disability benefits, it’s personal! You want someone representing you who takes it personal too, who listens and who truly cares. Machelle and her small but highly qualified staff have helped thousands of clients over the years by giving each and every one of them individualized attention while diligently pursuing a positive outcome. Jessica, Office Manager

Hello and Welcome to the Gielarowski Law Firm. I have been with Machelle since 2008 and I am the first person you will meet when you walk into our office. I am the Office Manager and I handle a host of tasks for the firm making sure we are a well organized team. I also handle all of the Social Security claims for Machelle from initial applications to preparing each file for hearing. I help Machelle assure our clients get the best possible outcome for their claim. When I’m not in the office I am very involved in my son’s Boy Scout Troop as an Assistant Scoutmaster.

Yvonne, Paralegal

I am a native of Colorado Springs, however I re-located for several years to Arizona and California. I found my wan back home in 2004 and have been a paralegal in Colorado Springs since then. I am new to the Gielarowski Law Firm, but not to Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Probate Law. I take pride in my work and helping Machelle ensure our clients receive all of the benefits they are entitled to from the beginning to end of their cases. When I am not in the office I enjoy hiking and spending time with my family.

Deshka

Hi! I’m Deshka. When I realized that I was being promoted to the Director of Client Relations, I was so excited!  I needed to know more about the position so I pawed on Google and it said “ A director of client relations protects the relationship between the firm and its most important clients”.  Since all of our clients are most important, my job is really easy. After Willow officially greets them, I come by to make sure everyone is comfortable.
